At The KittySpout™, we want you and your feline friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original packaging and unused condition, including all parts and manuals, to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center address provided by support.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
